Challenge
Trackstar’s legacy mobile platform suffered from disjointed navigation patterns and a dense, multi-step configuration wizard. This complex entry barrier led to notable drop-offs during initial setups and created high operational friction for active users trying to log daily metrics.
Solution
We designed a frictionless, card-based onboarding experience paired with refined task workflows. By eliminating unnecessary steps, introducing smart defaults, and modernizing the visual hierarchy, we dramatically decreased setup completion times and strengthened daily user retention.
