Unicorn Events is an all-in-one corporate event platform designed to host high-production virtual conferences and manage seamless ticketing. As Lead Product Designer, I overhauled both their public web presence and the core streaming web app, building a unified product ecosystem that drives user interaction and friction-free registration.

Challenge
Unicorn Events’ legacy setup suffered from a severe disconnect between its marketing site and the actual live-event platform. A clunky, multi-step registration flow triggered a steep drop-off in ticket sales, while the rigid live-stream interface failed to keep virtual attendees engaged, resulting in low repeat-booking metrics.
Solution
We delivered an end-to-end redesign, pairing a high-converting marketing site with an immersive virtual event arena. By introducing one-click registration, a sleek dark-mode streaming UI, and real-time networking widgets, we accelerated ticket checkouts and boosted live attendee engagement.
