Fintellect is an AI-powered financial analytics platform built to automate bookkeeping and cash flow tracking for SMBs. As the founding solo Product Designer, I took the platform from an early-stage concept to a market-ready SaaS MVP, establishing the end-to-end user experience, product architecture, and design system from scratch.

Challenge
Small business owners struggle with overly complex legacy accounting tools that require deep financial literacy. Fintellect had powerful backend data capabilities but lacked an actual interface, meaning we needed to translate dense automated bank feeds, payroll data, and tax tracking into a highly intuitive, zero-friction mobile and web app.
Solution
I designed a clean, mobile-first financial dashboard that simplifies complex cash-flow analytics into automated, scannable insights. By designing intuitive onboarding, clear data tables, and a lightweight design system from scratch, I eliminated manual data input friction and successfully launched a functional, market-ready MVP.
